Your monthly payment consists of:
Assessment – $535 for Singles, $360 for Non-Singles, and $330 for Community Co-ops
House Charges – Determined at House level; pays for House budget.

Any payment type EXCEPT for cash is accepted at the SHC Office—though we highly recommend paying online!
